00 — Best for

  • You have a validated idea that needs to become a real product.
  • An operational bottleneck — bookings, documents, quoting — is costing you every week.
  • A sprint prototype proved the case and now needs production.

01What a build is

One fixed scope, one fixed price, one team that designs and ships it. Builds are how most clients start with us: a booking platform, an AI system taken to production, an internal tool that removes a bottleneck, a first product taken to market.

Fixed scope is a discipline, not a limitation. It forces the decisions that matter into week zero — what this product must do, what it must not — and it means the price you sign is the price you pay.

02How it runs

Every build runs on two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each one — the first inside ten business days of kickoff. A staging environment is live from week one, so you watch the product grow in your browser, not in a status report.

Every Friday you get a written update: what shipped, what is next, what is blocked, what we need from you. No surprises is a delivery rule, not a slogan.

03After the ship

Every build ends with handoff documentation and a two-week warranty window. Most continue into Care & Growth or AI Ops — the retainers that keep a shipped product improving — but the code, the infrastructure and the documentation are yours either way. IP transfers on final payment.

04 — What you get

  • Design, engineering and delivery from one team — no handoffs
  • Staging environment live from week one
  • A demo every two weeks, a written update every Friday
  • Production deployment on your infrastructure
  • Handoff documentation as a deliverable, not an afterthought

05 — Straight answers

What does a build cost?

Most land between €15K and €45K depending on scope. Every proposal comes as three options — a leaner and a more ambitious version alongside the recommended one — so scope moves, price doesn’t.

What if we’re not sure of the scope yet?

Start with a sprint. Two weeks, fixed fee, and its output is the build spec — with the fee credited against the build.

Who owns the code?

You do. IP transfers in full on final payment, and everything runs on your accounts from day one.
