01 — The challenge
Enjoy Clean had demand — the problem was where it arrived. Bookings came through portals that charged commission and phone calls that cost staff time, while the website described the service and asked visitors to get in touch. Most read and left.
The business was effectively renting its own customers back from intermediaries. The brief: give people a direct way to book that is easier than any of the alternatives.

We designed and built a direct-booking platform around one path: pick a service, see the price, choose a slot, confirm. In German, mobile-first, with every screen doing one job — because a booking flow is won or lost in the seconds where a visitor decides whether this is going to be easy.
